This is a freaking amazing blog. Amazing. It focuses on Texas, but is all over the criminal justice system, related mental health issues, and drug war. Texas is a fascinating case study in all this drug war criminal justice mess - and I find that a lot of the best journalism out there about said topics are about Texas and often from Texan publications. ANYWAY, this is one of my favorite blogs of all time EVER and you should start reading it. Now.
